The Red Hot Chili Peppers has its embryo since 1979, in the intervals between classes at Fairfax High School in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The boys of 15 years, Flea, Hillel Slovak and Jack Irons were three friends who had some musical ambitions forming the band called Anthym. One of the great admirers of this band was Anthony Kiedis, Flea also a friend of childhood, Hillel and Irons1.
In February 1983 born the Red Hot Chili Peppers, under the name of "Tony Flow and the Miraculously Majestic Masters of Mayhem", from a sudden idea of ​​Anthony Kiedis, Flea and with it, Hillel Slovak, Jack Irons and apresentram the first time in the Rhythm Lounge, a Los Angeles club to an audience of 30 people. They "wrote" for the occasion, which involved the band improvising a song, while Kiedis made a rap of a poem he had written called "Out in LA" 9 Slovak and Irons were already committed to another group, What Is This ?, which was intended to be a single performance.
